By creating a Zyncal account or using the Zyncal service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Zyncal.
Zyncal is a scheduling platform for remote teams. You may use it for lawful business purposes only. You may not use Zyncal to send spam, abuse the invite system, or circumvent plan limits through technical means.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. Zyncal is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
The Free plan is offered at no cost with limits on team size and meeting volume as described on the pricing page. The Pro plan is a paid subscription billed monthly. Plan features and limits may change with 30 days notice.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time and retain Pro access until the end of your paid period. We offer a full refund within 7 days of payment if you are unsatisfied — contact hello@zyncal.app to request one.
Zyncal integrates with Google Calendar using the Google API. Your use of Google's services through Zyncal is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. Zyncal is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Zyncal and its original content, features, and code are the exclusive property of Zyncal. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
Zyncal is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any missed meetings, scheduling errors, or business losses arising from use or unavailability of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@zyncal.app.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
